Party Hard, Party Hard, Party Hard, Party Hard, Party Hard, Party Hard, Party Hard...
I’m a very lucky girl. I got to spend my day with one of my favourite bands, Anchoress, on their new music video shoot for PARTY HARD. Not only is their music killer, but they are the coolest, most down to earth, hilarious gentlemen you could ever meet.
A huge thanks to the wonderful, Denyss McKnight, for bringing that much awesome in our lives. Cannot wait to share the video and new album with you, guys. It’ll make you want to party hard (for realz)

Tell me if you're ready, to dissect our Stitch Up Bloody Mary?

elective: [ih-lek-tiv] *open to choice; optional; not required: an elective subject in college; elective surgery.
*in chemistry - selecting for combination or action; tending to combine with certain substances in preference to others: elective attraction.
*an indie two-piece side project/experiment featuring music written and recorded by kayleigh from 'the scarlet ending' and cj from 'fortyfps productions'.

Today, Elective releases its first music video to the cryptically named 'Stitch Up of Bloody Mary'. The video features contemporary dancer, Lucy Rupert, as she invokes her own Bloody Mary through her dance in her studio space. Unique to her movement, she creates a character that is as much a part of the lyrics and sound that she expresses through motion. Please enjoy! The credits are as follows:

The Scarlet Ending is Bloody Brilliant!

I love love love the Scarlet Ending. Listen to their beautiful work and you'll be helplessly hooked too. Need to get caught up? Click here, then rejoin the class.

This year, in celebration of Women In Horror Recognition Month, we were lucky enough to have the band write an anthem for our Massive Blood Drive. We didn't know what we would get - we wanted something that would give people the courage and enthusiasm to forgo their dislike of small pricks to give their plasma this year. We got something more amazing than we could have ever dreamed - 'We Want Your Blood' was epic.
Now see the band as they created this fantastic track. The Scarlet Ending is:
Aaron Garritillo
Kayleigh Goldsworthy
Kaleena Goldsworthy
Jess Hafner
Nicholas Streeter
Jon Tedd
I can't tell you more, but really keep your eye on this talented group. I have a feeling you're going to see them and their music popping up all over the place in the upcoming month. Nice, skilled, and rad - some of the best people on the planet!
